Terms of Service

By accessing or using the College Lacrosse Network platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and College Lacrosse Network, Inc. ("CLN," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Services. We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use the Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have played college lacrosse at any level (NCAA Division I, II, III, MCLA, Club, or other recognized collegiate programs) • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. CLN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

The College Lacrosse Network provides: • A professional networking platform for college lacrosse alumni • Job posting and career opportunity listings • Member directory and profile services • Mentorship program connections • Event information and registration • Industry insights and blog content We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Code of Conduct. Specifically, you agree NOT to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other members • Share confidential or proprietary information of employers without authorization • Use the platform for spam, solicitation, or commercial purposes outside designated areas • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services • Scrape, data mine, or use automated means to access the Services You retain ownership of content you post, but grant CLN a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.

Job postings on CLN must meet the following standards: • Be legitimate, current employment opportunities • Include accurate information about compensation (when applicable), location, and requirements • Not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, or other protected characteristics • Not require fees from applicants • Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations CLN reserves the right to review, edit, or remove job postings that violate these standards. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or the legitimacy of employers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Services • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data • Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform • Any other matter relating to the Services Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
